Some of the Best Lego Designs Ever Created by Fans

A few years ago, Lego began offering a set called Lego Ideas that allowed fans to submit ideas for new sets. The top ideas are tested through a rigorous process before they are officially released. These new he said designs allow fans to design stunningly detailed models that aren’t found in other sets. This led to the creation of the Voltron set. The set lets users create all five mechanical Lions and then assemble them into the renowned Voltron.

This homage to Japan’s most famous mountain includes other fan-created sets. This set is huge and comes with a variety of interesting details that you don’t see in any other set. It’s an excellent way to show your love of Japan.

Another stunning creation is this tribute to the Star Wars franchise. The set features all of the iconic weapons from the franchise as well as a lot more you’d never find in sets. It’s one of the most impressive sets we’ve seen in the past.

Since a long time professional Lego artists have been creating impressive Lego creations. One such artist is Mariann Nathan who has been an independent Lego designer for a number of years in the past. Her portfolio includes everything from replicas of famous landmarks to a life-size pirate and four-foot ladybug.

Another noteworthy Lego artist is David Hughes, who recreates famous works of art in brick form. There’s even a piece of Afternoon of a Faun for sale, although be warned that it’s not cheap.
